Godspeed TD05 18G Turbo.

This turbo is Direct Bolt on/Replacement for SR20 Red/Black top, Come with all oil line fitting


Spec.

Bearing system: Journal Bearing
Compressor Wheel Diameter: 50.3 / 68mm
TURBINE Wheel Diameter: 49.2 / 56mm
Turbine TRIM: 57
Turbine flange type flange: T25
Downpipe flange type : 240sx 5 bolt type
Nozzle Area: 8cm²
Cooling type : oil and water cooled.
Horsepower rating: 300-380 hp
BOLT ON TURBO FOR S13 S14 S15 (SR20 MOTOR)
Actuator set at : 14.5 PSI

also, does it come with the clocking adapters (they were pictured last time I think) or do the OEM s13 t25 inlet/outlet pipe bolt right up?

The T25 compressor inlet and outlet will not line up correctly with your piping. I had to cut/weld my compressor inlet and I modified my hot pipe to use this turbo with the T25 inlet/outlet. I also had to make a stainless braided return line to use it on my KA-t (xs power manifold, plain your flanges if you use this manifold).

I will say that this turbo is pretty nice. I had mine on for ~1000 miles before I put my car in storage, comes on just a little slower than my T25 did and pulls way harder up top. My only problem that I had was boost creep, mine would creep really bad (up to ~25 psi). I ended up giving up on the internal wastegate and will be going to an external Tial 38mm in the spring when I bring the car home (I store it ~2 hours away from where I live on a farm). An actuator with a longer throw would probably fix the problem.

Fatboy did send me an actuator under warranty and was trying to take care of me on it, but I got a good deal on the wastegate so I lost interest in keeping it internally gated.

I also had to redo my oil feed line to use a banjo fitting at the turbo, I just used an EVO oil feed line and cut/flared it to have a brake fitting on the other end, then I got an adapter to adapt it to fit a -3 line. This might not be an issue with an SR, but it was for the KA.

very curious with this turbo

are there any other recommended upgrades when installing this turbo? (bigger injectors, fuelp pump, etc?)

OEM injector and fuel pump is fine, but if you want more power you can get 550cc

so according to this its not a direct bolt on? or is my reading comprehension off today?
