KA Whats wrong with my engine?

|1991 nissan 240sx ka24de recently purchased for 700 dollars| I recently just replaced my battery, waterpump and fan clutch, all vacuum tubes, ignition coil, fuel filter, seafoamed my engine, cleaned my iacv valve and bought new ngk wires and sparkplugs. After putting in the battery today because how slow it took me to replace certain aspects of the car the old battery was dead and really old because of the car sitting out front; I started it up and I heard what sounded like the bearings going out on the waterpump but I just replaced that thinking thats whjere the sound was coming from, but to my surprise it was coming from underneath the valve cover. What would make the same sound as the bearings going out on the waterpump but from under the valve cover? Furthermore the engine shakes quite a bit too, but other than that its idiling better than ever and wont die everytime I rev it like it did before I replaced the vacuum tubes. Does anyone have an Idea whats makeing that sound and what would cause the engine to shake more than usual? all help is appreciated thanks!

I know that unusual motor shaking is sometimes caused by bad motor mounts and I have also heard that the clutch flywheel can also cause shaking.

Hope this helps.

2 cylinders

I actually found out that it's only running on cylinders 1 and four. And the rattling is from the timing chain bouncing off and or rubbing the guides.

It is more than likely your injectors. My motor was super shakey and once I changed out injector #3, all was back to normal. Runs smooth now.
