Thats what I did with my Volks on my 240. Made the car fit the rims without going widebody.

On the Z it would be tough, but I think its doable. Mad fuckin camber, slammage, pulled/rolled fenders and stretched to hell tire. Add on some fender flares and it would be easy...

my equips are 19x10+15 19x11-5....the fronts will stick out an aditonal almost 2 inches and almost an inch an a half in the rear... im going to need to sleep on this guys.
