Banned for no reason

Hi guys I just noticed I was banned from the market place and had no clue why..then after looking at the reviews I seen why. You guys banned the wrong person..yeah im black and my screen name is slidewayz but Im not that other black dude named slideways(with an s).lol

i purchased a premium account, using a diff username and email, because my account keeps getting confused with a "socal-s13". i emailed someone at the [email protected] or whatever it is and they said id have to change my name. so i change my name right, pay the $10, attempt to login. BANNED for creating a second account. wtf.

can someone un-ban my iBoostS13 account please. and delete the .SoCal-S13. because im sick of being forwarded to someone elses inbox and not being able to read my pm's. and i paid $10 and got cock blocked.

Got pinked, then made a new name, bought a premie subscription.

What you should have done:
Go here http://zilvia.net/f/payments.html. Click on Change Username Request.

Having multiple accounts is against the rules.
Starting new name while pinked is against the rules.
