First S13 Sr20det With 300z Trans!

That right's. For all you high horsepower guys looking for a transmission upgrade for the sr20det and don't want to pay 2900.00 just for the os giken upgrade, here it is. We did the test runs on it at import face off nov. 14th with no problems on the drivetrain. 8 launches at 7500 rpms on 26x10.50 et streets, running an exedy twin plate stage 4 clutch and putting down 398 rwhp on a totally stock internal motor, just large external boltons. If interested email the address in the link in my signature.

Did you weld the bell housing to the tranny? Is there a writeup on this somewhere?

No, the bellhousing bplts to the trans. We are using the 300z bellhousing, not the sr20. If you notice from the pic, we are using an aluminum adaptor plate that is tig welded to the bellhousing and bolts to the block. There are no write ups on this but if you contact the company in my sig they will give you a price for doing the trans upgrade.

OK. I thought I saw something welded, just the pic is a little fuzzy and I couldn't quite tell what it was.

The shop you had it done at will more than likely be doing my RB25 manifold, extension and downpipe.
