At what time you guys wake up?

At what time you guys wake up? and how much do you sleep? How hard is it?


Well I use to wake up at 6:10AM and take a shower and at 7:00AM have to take the bus for school

But I get upset about the fact that I really need to sleep more..so fwck the morning shower. Now I wake up at 6:30AM but dammn...any day waking up before 9:00AM it's hella hard! I think the fact that I sleep around 1:00AM-3:00AM isn't helping!

But I'm trying to sleep at least 8 hours a day :P

Usually go to bed around 4am, and wake up around 8-11.

It makes the 9:30 class rough sometimes.

I go to bed most the time like around 2am and wake up around 11am 9 hours of sleep is not bad. But iv been trying to sleep earlier and wake up earlier to get back ready for some kinda work.

I wake up at &am or earlier regardless of work.

i had a day off the other day and got up at 530am, made coffee and watched a movie to start my day.
i sleep 5 to 6 hours when working.
Round 8 other days.
3 last night and went to work.

I really dont like sleeping.
Its a waste of my life.
I would like to be like Einstien and just take 2 hour naps occationally when needed.

Moin - Fri i get up at 6a.m and go to work. I go to bed around 2 or 3a.m.
On the weekend I pretty much sleep until 1 or 2p.m.

I wake up between noon and 12:30. I haven't used an alarm clock in years. Its kind of weird when you DO have to wake up early for something (going into work earlier than normal, taking a trip, etc), because your body is so used to just waking up naturally.

for the record, I have a normal, daily job, it just starts later in the day.
Also, fridays off and no weekends!

I dunno how some people sleep their weekends away. By the time you know it, you're already back at work and haven't gotten crap done around the house.

well I think most of people who do that, it cuz they ain't have either job on weekend or things to do...I have nothing against that...I was like that tho.

But the fact that I HATE the most when I sleep for over 10 hours straight, I get dizzy and tired all the day, I just wanna sleep more and it kills my day!

I wake up 9am regardless what day it is. When its time to pee its time to get up. I usually get about 6-7hrs of sleep a night.

Weekdays for work, go to bed around 10:30 and get up around 4am.

Weekends go to bed different times, usually always up by 9am though

Over the summer would go to bed at around 1AM and wake up at 645AM and go to work for 10-12 hours.

Now that that's over, when i have class bed around 1AM and Class at 7AM, then on days off, whenever i feel like it, usually around 9-10 though or else i feel just straight slob.

I feel the same way, but I need the sleep. I think it affects your health too. I hear you don't get enough sleep, you make up for it with a shorter lifespan.

It's very difficult to get the recommended 8 hrs of sleep. get home around 6, and only have 4-5hrs of free time before going to sleep again. i get about 6, maybe 7 hours if lucky. i sleep at 11pm-12am, wake up 6-630am.

so I just make sure I sleep 6-7hrs a day which sometimes is split up into two 3hr naps.

and 2 times a week because I watch the kids when I get home from work I am up 20-24hrs.

Not many people can do this but I have been working graveyard for 10+ years now.

I work the graveyard shift 6pm to 6am. Work 2days get 2 off then work 3 days get 2 off.... and go to school from 8am to 12-1pm 5 days a week. I get up around 4:30pm to get ready for work again.
