Meh.. I can forgive Kill La Kill. It's a raunchy insanely over the top comedy-ecchi anime.

As far as sexuality. The Japanese are puritanical compared to Americans. The whole bizarre perversion thing is actually heavily based on their responsive sexual culture. A good comparison is that while "normal" American HS kids may start holding hands and making out in HS, and the "norm" would be going-all the way senior year around 17-18, in Japan that whole process wouldn't happen till college - which is where American youth tend to pretend they are porn stars.

I just can't forgive HOTD. The chars are just sooooo clichéd and stupid. The "hot-cute girl", the "hot Japanese kendo girl", the "hot stuck up nerdy anal-retentive school president", "fat otaku nerd" and "hot cool kid".

They hinted at HOTD second season a year or two ago, but said it was on hold for some reason. they did kind of a "pilot" to the season already. they are on an island.
I loved that series and would love it to return, Especially the "hot kendo girl"
but more epic returns would be had in Black Lagoon, Soul Eater, and Cowboy Bee Bop...

AOT redefined anime for me. I was on the edge of my seat from the first 5 minutes.

Space Dandy is just so far out there. And then they hit you with trippy scenarios and aliens. I'd imagine this is what the effect of drugs feel like.

Space Dandy has been hit or miss for me.
I've really liked a couple of the episodes but somehow I feel that the show could be better.
It lacks cohesion and many of the background characters are hollow.
(what is the deal with the gorilla and skull dudes that are after him? or the lady from the alien registration office that is featured in the opening but has only been onscreen for a few minutes?)

As cool as the legendary pokemon were including mewtwo, i found that it was more fun using pokemon that i raised. Gyrados, cloyster, and pidgeot to name a few

Gyrados was another. Other than mewtwo and articuno I raised the rest.

IMO, he's like the Disney of all anime. High quality, but I find it very boring. Check out Sword of the Stranger if you like a little more action in your anime.

Yea, his stuff is more family oriented. Great stuff though. I've seen SOTS. Story isn't that good but cool action scenes.
