Boost gauge install help

I have a center vent pod for my boost and wideband gauges, but I don't know how to remove the center vents (yes I searched) and the frame that holds them, and don't know where to drill through to run the boost line without screwing something up.

Anyone else with center vent gauges that can share some knowledge? I've been boosted since september but still haven't got to properly installing this..The boost line is currently running out my hood and through my passenger window...

I have the fins and the middle part of the vents out, but I don't have the actual surrounding frame that goes into the hole out. It is like the inner part that connects to the ac ducting. Still don't know where to drill.

You have to remove the dash to get that center vent out. Takes about an hour if you haven't done it before. Takes me about 15-20 min since I've pulled it out a couple of times to install gauges

I have to remove the entire dash just to take out that little vent? damn, how do you get the boost line from where the harness goes through to the back of the gauge? Doesn't seem like a very direct route at all.

You DO NOT need to take out the dash. WTF? There is four clips built into the duct. Two on top and two on bottom. The top ones you can get to with a screwdriver. The bottom ones dont need to be touched because once the top is out you can wiggle it out. I JUST did this last week for my gauges. Trust me. I did however break the gay trim ring lol.

Oh and just run the nylon hose where the ecu wiring comes in. Just tuck it in there and be careful pulling it through. Kinks easy!!
