Help locating wire

Can any one tell me where this is supposed to go?

does you car start and run fine? only thing I can think on the lower harness with 1 wire is the starter wire...could also be from one of the tranny sensors maybe?

Little more history. 91 dual cam. Car runs good, starts no problem. I Have a knock sensor code. But it doesn't seem related. Just can't figure out where this damn wire goes.

Have you look at the wires coming off the tranny sensors to see if one is cut?

Ive been out of the game for a while. Just picked up a S13 again. Im in the process of getting all my shit back together now. And ive never ran with a dual cam. Just SR. trying to figure things out.
