compressor housing fitment
So i have a 2860rs with the slip on type compressor housing and have a chance to get a 2871r compressor housing in the 28r (2bolt inlet 3 bolt outlet) style. would the 2871r housing fit on my 2860rs and would doing this lessen the efficiency of the turbo?

No, this will not work. The gt2860rs has a 60mm compressor wheel and the gt2871r has a 71mm compressor wheel.
