-Very professional and prompt communication
-Provided pics of the requested part for confirmation
-Shipped out promptly, item arrived as scheduled via UPS (from TX to CA)
-I ordered a spring seat from the suspension assembly, we agreed on a price, zero problems, it's just a chunk of thick metal and he still packaged it well.

I recommend, there definitely needs to be more sellers like this on Zilvia.
