KA s13 electrical won't start, radio wont turn on, grounded properly

Here is the issue I am having.

Bought everything separately getting this 240 rolling.

92 shell chuki
93 ka24de
apexi stg 2 clutch

I did the engine mounting and all the wiring myself. After the whole car was complete the car turned on first crank no problem. After the test drive and a car wash the car just died on me.

The car appears to be dead.
*clutch started
*used jumper cables
*starter works, by using the jumper cables directly towards the battery in the positive poll.
*Gas pump, radio, and starter are not getting power.
* made sure the harnesses are grounded
* check fuses all works except for two but replaced with two working one but dont get 12 volts back when i test it with a volt meter.

I am officially with a headache towards what it can be.

ECU codes? Sounds like your ECU fried... Check ALL your fuses under the hood. Inspect them closely.
