s13 Fuel issue??

Hi zilvia people!! I need help with a hesitation issue. An example would be while cruising in 4th gear or any gear period whenever it wants to my car would sometimes drop in rpms and hesitate for a few seconds then rpms would shoot up and the car will slowly pull again. I've already replaced stock fuel pump with a new one and also threw on a new z32 fuel filter. Thanks in advance guys!

Have you checked the vacuum line and make sure it is not leaking?

found that the hose connected along the firewall connected to the brake booster and manifold is almost cut in half. don't want to sound noobie but it happens when im driving in gear and foot on the gas pedal. when in neutral the car is fine.

91' 240sx stock ka24de, honestly haven't done a full tune up yet. Do you think it'll fix the issue?

Well first fix that hose because that's a huge vacuum leak and don't know why it still idles fine.but yeah is start with the basic ignition tune up since it will eliminate those possibilities and even if it didn't fix it, it's something you should do anyways to keep it running good and get those mpgs!
