WTT/WTS: 90 240sx with rebuilt ka24de-t t28 turbo testing waters
hey guys, just testing the waters here and want to see if i can sell or trade my 240. its about 90-95% done, all i really need is to put a bigger oil return, for it to run perfectly, but i dont have the space and time to do that anymore. please be kind with your words and if you're just here to trash my thread then just keep it to yourself. I've spent a lot of my money on this car and i know i already lost a lot of money but im looking to get at least $4,500 with rims and 30mm spacers all around or $4,000 with stock s14 se rims withOUT spacers or trade with ae86, s14, miata, rx7, sc300. NO AUTOMATIC.
here are the mods. PROS: ENGINE: ka24de-t t-28 ball bearing turbo from s14 sr20det 370cc fuel injectors n60 maf rs enthalphy ecu - 370cc inj/ n60 maf/ 91 octane/ t25-28 turbo xs-racing manifold nismo thermostat ARP head bolts ARP piston rod bolts cometic head gasket cometic gasket GMB water pump newly replaced oil pump NPR piston ring set from frsport.com OSK timing chain kit from frsport.com resurfaced head new valve seals new OEM exedy clutch new clutch slave cylinder egr delete(took out all the smog components) cx racing front mount intercooler blitz bov cx racing aluminum radiator with 2 E-fans battery relocation kit turbo is oil/water cooled btw 3 inch down pipe BRAKES: 30mm Skyline GTS brakes front/ rear steel braided conversion lines front/ rear z32 E-brake connected z32 brake master cylinder INTERIOR: flocked dash replaced the SOHC cluster to DOHC cluster nardi deep dish steering wheel HKS shoft knob drift e-brake knob bucket seat driver side sony stereo with aux port digital climate control - not hooked up yet apex-i front/ rear strut bar EXTERIOR: tokico blues fronts with cut springs in front (not good for track) KYB shocks in rear pig nose lip TBO sideskirts vertex sideskirts (replica) for spare EXTRA PARTS: a/c parts electric folding mirrors - no switch thats all the mods i can remember. CONS: the engine is back to n/a right now but ill put back all the turbo components soon. the second fuel injector is leaking so it needs to be replaced car has dents and dings and needs to be painted turbo oil return needs to be replaced because the hole is too small and oil is getting backed up to the turbo. registration is expired. havent ran since 2010, because i didnt have money to fix the car and i just recently got a job to fix the car. PICS: AGAIN im willing to trade for ae86, s14, rx7, miata, sc300 5 speed pretty firm with the price unless you have a better offer. PLEASE KEEP YOUR BAD COMMENTS TO YOURSELF. thank you. |

i forgot to mention, it was put to non-op as soon as the tag expired, so it wont be too much. no, youre gonna need battery and to change the oil return. so youre gonna need to take the oil pan to weld a hole for the turbo return.

thats a bit too low. im actually painting the car white right now, so im thinking of holding on to it for a while unless i get a good offer. im trying to fix the problem too. im buying injectors and an oil pan with a turbo bung.

Yea part it do u have even more of a non running car. I don't see ur logic. It's a clean car that needs minor work to get running. Any new fanboy such as urself shouldnt have an issue w this. OP- I like it. Looks like a decent build so far... Paint n wheels and running cond will make sweet
