I would never put that cover over this motor, to each their own, but i do not like them at all so it will be staying the way that is. haha

To make sure the solid mounts i bought fit up to everything right, and the firewall needed to be beaten in so the starter would fit. it would be dumb to paint it and then realize everything will go wrong, lol, ya know?

Ok, so im having some trouble with the route of the fuel lines/system. I have an aeromotive fuel pressure regulator with 2 inlet ports and a return port on the bottom. If anyone could shed some light on the situation that would be great. thanks

Everything is starting to fall into place now, got the radiator in and the hoses hooked up, mounted the fans on to it, got the intercooler mounted and the piping ran, most of the main harness is hooked up, also got the gauge lines ran through the firewall.

Still need to mount the regulator and lines, hook up the lower harness, do some vacuum lines, and run the wires for the wideband. other than that its getting real close!

Here are some more pics from the update

ok, so on the main RB harness I have, there is a plug that goes up under the dash on the passenger side. This harness was made for an 89-90 240sx (with a white plug) and my car is a 91-94 (with a brown plug). Does anyone know where I can get a diagram for both so I can rewire it correctly? Seeing as how the colors dont match up..

If you find out what the problem is with the wiring lmk, i'm gonna be doing a very similar swap soon. Are you using a premade Wiring Specialties conversion harness? What motor mounts and motor swap mounts did you use? Sick thread bud, i'm bookmarking this bissh

it makes 440 whp on 110 right now, looking for similar numbers on 93 this year, if it gets retuned. Would like to see 500 in the future

Still havent figured out what the deal with the wiring is, im stumped so it still sits..ugh

And after about 5lbs of boost it starts to cut out and backfire, so im guessing that its gonna need a tune before it comes out anyways.

Check your 75A fuse in the fusebox..I blew mine out once when re-installing my motor and the exact thing happened to me.

I guess I grounded the alt wrong or something.
