I purchased the Axis Hiro wheels new from EliteJDM.com about a month ago, you can call or email them and they can atest that the wheels are new and in perfect condition and that they came over straight from Japan. I am not sure on the offset but they clear the Z32 brakes with no problem at all. The front has about a 2.5-3in lip and the rear has about a 3.5-4in lip. I just bought new Volks so someone go ahead and take these off my hands, thanks.
