How much toe?

Ok my car is at the alignment shop right now. When they measure all the angles, they will call me and ask what i want them set at. My camber plates are maxed out right now, so im gonna have them bring it down to 2 degrees, maybe 1.5.

My question is how much toe out can i run without absolutley shitting on my tires? I have es100's and i'd like to get at least 10 or 15 thousand miles out of them. The alignment guy said 1/16 toe out will crap on my tires. ? is he right?

My driving consists of:
Going to and from work 10 miles round trip every day(freeway)
going to and from wherever after dinner, 30 miles roundtrip(freeway)
weekends mountain racing (20-30 miles worth of turning)

My last set of tires(Azenis) wore out about even with camber plates maxed out but with no toe(i think cause i never got it aligned after the ground controls and camber plates)
