CA Wtb oem garrett t25

Like the title says I'm looking for a oem garrett t25 turbo. Mine took a crap on me and I'm just trying to get my car back on the road for now. I'm not looking to spend a lot of money and I really don't want to have to rebuild one. LOCAL ONLY PLEASE. So anyone has one let me know. Thanks.

I have a t28 off my s14. Not rebuilt. $375 shipped. It is still on the motor and I would use it without a second thought. It's just that I have s15 that I am planning on swapping it out with.

Have a great day,
Jared

you do know the s14 and s15 turbos are the same right. The only difference is the s15 one has the divider for the WGA in the turbo exhaust housing. ONLY DIFFERENCE

If this is the case then why does Gerrett have different specs for them? And why does it list that the s15 as a ball bearing and the s14 as a journal bearing? Also how do you explain the quicker spool? Why is there a restrictor for the s15 turbo and not the s14? It sure is not because of the Igniter pack being removed.

Have a great day,
Jared

No he is actually right...S14 & S15 T28 turbos are the same - other than some have the divider on the turbine housing and some are journal bearing - they all have the same size housings and wheels. The only differences between the S14 & S15 BB turbos is the divider on the turbine housings(same for the JB T28)...the oil restrictor is the same...unless your speacking of a screw in restrictor but the size on those will depend on the oil pressure at the turbo for your application... trust me I know I rebuild them all the time. This has been gone over time and time again.

The S14 & S15 BB turbo is named GT2560R (R for BB) and the JB is named GT2560 (no R for JB)

JB = Journal Bearing
BB = Ball Bearing

I should actually make a thread one day with pix and measurements just to get this laid to rest once and for all.
