no cable. would be cheaper to just take it a shop certified for nistune to get it tuned that way you dont pay software license fee or cable. I dont know about where you live but where i live a shop charges $100 hr so about 2 hours and your good to go

If anyone buys your emance ecu, I can reflash it for the new owner for $75 shipped FYI, Lots of options too on my firmware that cannot be done with nistune: including launch control, No Lift to shift and Ignition cut instead of fuel cut on all rev limiters much safer.

EDIT: I am also a nistune protuner so I can reflash the nistune as well.
