where to find exhaust housing?

Hey guys, new around here . just some quick info, im nearly done collecting most of the parts for my S14 build. i know my setup is a bit retarded but without going into further details i just cant afford a gt3076r. i want this car done already so just gonna use what i've already got...

Tomei poncams 260/260 and tomei valvesprings
Nismo 740cc inj
Sard FPR
Bosch 044
Power FC (no hand controller)
Custom Top mount Tubular Exhaust manifold w/ T3 Flange and 38mm Tial flange
Custom Downpipe with 4 bolt flange and screamer pipe to suit locations of said manifold
GT2876R .64 t2 flanged

now, obviously my turbo with its current internally gated t2 housing aint gonna work with the downpipe or manifold, so i'm trying to find a housing like this... Garrett GT2876R (GT2540R) Dual Ball Bearing Turbo T3/K24/K26 --Options

you'll notice that there is an option for a t3 4 bolt housing. WHERE can i find this housing individually? i've seen them for sale online but cant find or remember where.

also who thinks this is the worst idea ever and i'm gonna have a really laggy car for the the power output? i'm still undecided between .64 or .82 housing. maybe i should go with the .82 since external wastegate and t3 flange?
