WARRANTY POLICY

1.Thirty (30) days warranty on the HEAD and BLOCK only on all VTEC and TURBO engines. There is NO warranty on any EXTERNAL parts or accessories i.e ECU, A.C Compressor etc

2.Ninety (90) days warranty on the HEAD and BLOCK only on all STOCK and NON-PERFORMANCE engines. There is NO warranty on any EXTERNAL parts or accessories i.e ECU, A.C Compressor.

3.Any AFTER MARKET parts added to the ENGINE will immediately VOID the WARRANTY given.

4.The WARRANTY will ONLY be valid if installations of VTEC and TURBO engines are done by CERTIFIED mechanics ONLY. We will need valid proof of certifications.

5.Call for a RETURN Merchandise NUMBER before returning any defective ENGINE or TRANSMISSION purchased.

6.Any VTEC or TURBO engines returned to us during the warranty period will be INSPECTED and EVALUATED by our CERTIFIED mechanic for possible DAMAGES and DEFECTS. If we can confirm that the DAMAGES found were done by ABUSIVE driving or handling we WILL hold you the CUSTOMER liable for ALL COST incurred to REPAIR the engine to its ORIGINAL condition.

I take it some asshat has called them back for a refund after some breakage. i hate when people wont own up to stupidity.
