turbocharger advice

Hey guys whats going on so I have everything set up almost to make my sr run for the first time I fully rebuilt it and I need a turbo, fuel injectors, air intake, and fmic before I can run it and my question is this.. So basically right like what do you guys think about a used turbo? I realllly wanna buy a new s15 turbo or even a new s13 turbo my only thing is though is that I want to get this thing running as fast as possible and I know if I get an s15 turbo I need another 400 for rs enthalpy tune and I wanna run a t25 just for the simplicity of not having to tune it right away at least I got all the lines already and everything I just need a turbo before I can drop this thing in my s13. I see ISR has that new turbo but I dont wanna ruin my build with a used turbo or an isr turbo ill buy a new one if I really have to but let me get some advice from the experienced sr20 guys. I even have the aem uego setup already so a turbo will be the last thing I need before I can throw it in the s13.

If you really want the S15 turbo, get it. Just run wastegate pressure by running a vacuum line from the intake manifold directly to the wastegate canister, and then you won't need a tune.

Well so I ended up getting an s13 t25 turbo and I am getting it rebuilt by a turbo specialist shop so yeah thats that I got an all original Garrett unit I did not want to go with a ISR turbo because I read online many people prefer a used garett and I got a used core for a really good price from someone online 100$ so rebuilding that will be my best option. And later on down the road I may upgrade to an s15 turbo for performance but probably not unless my rebuilt turbo fails which I seriously doubt it will at least for a while. Now all I need are injectors, Front mount Ic Kit and air intake!
