CA JIMMY UP,562/1989 s13 coupe,coils,stagged,xxr,2700 0b0,clean title

Alright guys its time to give up the coupe its jus too small for me now and im ready to move on i need something more grown ish and stock so here are the details it was purchased off a zilvia member in san diego..ive taken good care of it since ive had it and kept up with oil changes and anything its needed it was only used to commute to and from work and school..now it jus sits and im looking for a stock car/truck..this s13 jus needs small things a little tlc nothing major..PLAIN AND SIMPLE I JUST DONT WANT IT ANYMORE SINCE IVE BOUGHT MY BIKE I DONT REALLY USE IT IM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER CAR/SMALL TRUCK SOMETHING STOCK MAYBE 4 DOORS.
Bads off the bat:

Sparco seat that’s mounted and not adjustable homemade bracket I was jus gooing to replace with a stock s14 seat to match the passenger..the seat can be removed further back or closer if need be but it has to be unbolted first its beat up

steering wheel is crooked needs to be aligned? not sure

steering wheel shakes at low speeds 20-30 miles per hour(may need tie rods,wheel balance, not sure havent diagnosed but i can say i havent done the tie rods so id replace anyway)

temp sensor is out so idle jumps its annoying i believe 1500-1900 back and forth when at a light(doesnt bother me that much since i dont drive it when i dont need to)

mileage unknown since previous owner put in a analog cluster that doesnt belong to the car(all gauges read except the odometer..mph is off about 10 mph since the car is HUD) previous owner said newer single cam was put in with approx 140k but no reciepts to prove this so ya

dash just got its first crack this summer:-(

Passenger side window rolls down but doesnt roll up only from the passenger side(can still be rolled up or down from drivier side)

needs driver side ball joint (it clunks when you hit a pothole, i would just replace lower control arms on pass and driver side there about 60 bucks a piece with new bushings pressed in)

NO AC/POWER STEERING previous owner removed

doesnt over heat or misfire never had anyproblems like that with the car its done me good since ive owned it now onto the GOOD

GOOD:
Clean title 1989 240SX xe power windows,locks,mirrors, sunroof(is kinda slow sometimes you need to help it shut all the way it slows down)
Apexi EXV coilovers all around

Registration and tags up to date til 2012 have not done smog though

new stock exhaust from catback

PBM subframe spacers

Godspeed sway bar

Nismo 2 way lsd

Short shifter(unknown brand)

New exedy stage one clutch replaced 9/23/2011

staggered 18in sportmaxx 18x8.5 in front & 18x9.5 245 in the rear good tread all around front has newer tires I believe 205? Not sure at the moment

PBM wheel spacers 20mm all around & 5 or 2mm spacer had to be used with the pbm spacers (clearance issues)
clean interior

clean body no major dents

replaced plugs,wires,cap,rotor,clutch,resurfaced flywheel, Idle air control valve,oil change every 3 months mobile one fully synthetic only used, also put chevron with techron in the fuel every oil change only use chevron 91
air/water separator tank d1 spec have not done the thermostat,drive belt yet doesnt need it but just puttin it out there because that was next on my to do list also i have not replaced the fluid in the diff or transmission yet those were also the next things i was going to do to the car

yes that is factory oem paint
the car is at the shop right now getting a new steering rack installed and balljoints/tie rods checked out i can send more pics when i have the car back these pics were taking 10/13 contact threw email [email protected] or pm me my phone is broken and looking for a replacement

Update*** a new steering rack was installed along with new u joint assembly no more scary shaking in the front end thanks to Team Clockwork Performance ...any s13 trades out there??

The fenders were rolled and pulled by the previous owners it does have light dimples in the rear quarters from that..

Is ur car smoggable? Yes it's smoggable I jus haven't smogged it because when I bought it it was smogged for me the cat is there all components are there i don't see why it wouldn't pass I'll take pics of the engine bay today I work a lot so I haven't had the time too there are no leaks of any kind no knocks or ticks I've stated already the problems with the car which aren't many..any other questions or wanna check the car out call or text..thank you and by the way I'm not interested in trading for the e30
