Input shaft bearing

ok, I have a s14 sr20det and the trans has a bad input shaft bearing. I was wondering if anyone knew a good place to find a new one. Also, can you just use a ka bearing?

ka bearing should work. The transmissions are nearly identical (besides the shifter selection..thats different.)

as far as places to go... dealer.

Yes they are identical I got one for a 90 something ka and it fit like a glove just make shure the surfaces are spotless and no scratches are present before you install the new seal and bearing
