Honestly dude, just make one. Its simple!

Make a template out of cardboard, trace onto a mild steel plate(sturdy enough it wont bend on its own), drill too holes,slightly bend to position cable,and cut a slot for cable and adjust accordingly. I just had to do this today using a thicker metal, previous owner used a peice of aluminum that eventualy snapped, thank god as I was pulling out of the garage and not out driving. I just used an old exhaust bracket with a high speed grinder(cut it into shape and for slot), drill, C-clamp and metal bench(vice works), big hammer(to get nice bend, use edge of metal table or vice and bend accordingly). Scuff up and flat black done. or watever finish you want.
