when you buy K&N it is for the name.... they usually run from $50 to over $100
just get a K&N style, it might not be as durable or well made... but it will work... plus also u will not cry when u have to throw it out... sometimes the filters get so dirty u just wanna get a new one.... when u clean a filter, it will never be as good as brand new and also i notice it gets dirty really quickly again |

yeah they do charge alot also... for that money i might wanna consider the blitz which will trap particle that are .22mm or more.... or u might wanna think about the Apexi Superflo but i dont see paying so much for a street filter.... the streets are nasty, spend like $20-40 on a cheap one....

i don't think it's that bad, i cleaned mine on a saturday night, n put it back on sunday morning. i know the kit was less than $10, n i think it's better than getting a brand new one, but i'm not gonna keep cleaning it over n over again, i'll eventually break down n buy a brand new filter.
