changing throwout bearing

i ordered a new throwout bearing and release sleeve and pressed them together without putting grease on the part where the throwout bearing sits on the sleeve. do i need to take off the tob and add grease or can i run it as is without grease on the sleeve?

You dont need to grease the area between the TOB and the carrier. But make sure you grease the inside of the sleeve when you slide it into the output shaft cover, so itll slide properly.
