I can feel the chain hitting the head and hear it . it was not loud but slowly is getting worse and is affecting performance i believe.

is it a loose timing chain or a broken link? what do i need to do to fix it

i think its the timing chain correct? its right in the front of the motor

remove the top and right chain guide. not needed.

well come to nissan timing chains, replace or deal with it

its mainly the top guide.. Take valve cover off, and you'll see that its broken.. Take it out, and unbolt the other half of it, then put bolts back.

Nissan "Omitted" this guide, so you wont find another one..

You also need to check that the chain tensioner is not seized. If you remove the valve cover you can see it on the left side of the chain, you should be able to move it in and out freely. If not, you need to get it unstuck. Check this thread out for some good details and pics.

NOTE: I did not have to remove the lower timing chain guard in order to un-seize the tensioner.

I don't get it......my car has all of the timing chain guides in place, and no noises at all, so why do some people have this problems, and others don't?

You would think that all of the dimensions of all of the parts are the same.

I bet people with rattling timing chains have insufficient oil pressure to the tensioner or have worn/crappy tensioners.

Almost. Do NOT put the bolts back in. If they decide to back out down the road there's nothing stopping them from trashing the entire engine.
