Question S13 gauge cluster acting weird

I looked around for a thread with this, But couldn't find one, So I figured I should make one.
So! I just recently noticed that my Speedo, and my tach in my cluster aren't working right. the speedo stays at 10mph on idle, And once you get over 10mph driving, The speedo will rise, but once you decelerate some, The speedo will fall very very slowly, Back down to 10mph. As for the tach,it doesn't move at all when you give it gas, No matter what
The fact that my speedo works(Kinda) makes me think my speed sensor is good.
Any ideas?

If you think your vss is still working correctly, just buy a used cluster in the f/s section. can be had for cheap. then problem fixed.

used to have this problem on my other coupe. figured the circuit fried in the back. bought another used on and works. also changed my vss. who knows.
