5 speed swap, car won't start

Car spec: 1993 S13 DOHC KA24DE Original Auto

Just finished 5 speed swap last night. Car will turn over indefinitely but never start. Finally just got off work, realized I'm not getting spark.

I jumped the Auto Shift Interlock thing underneath the passenger engine bay fuse box. I also installed white bunny clutch setup while I was at it.

Battery is good

Anyone have any suggestions as this was a pretty big job to tackle for me and now I'm just feeling like a tard...

Thanks

Edit: I did just also find that the ground on the battery tray broke off. Would this be enough for the car to not turn over? The battery tray is rusted. The ground cable is still grounded to intake mani.

Prefer not to say, let's just say "security" related. It shouldn't be anything that anyone else should run into.

Sorry, just keep security devices in mind.
