Looking for a nice new or used amp to power 2 10 inch JL W4's.  Probalby looking at 4 channel and something that will run at 1 ohm.  Any suggestions?  Anyone have something to sell?

Don't go 4 channel. What is the rating on the subs? Personally, I've got an alpine type S DVC (basically the same as two subs) sub wired in paralell hooked up to a 300 watt JBL type D power series amp. It works really well. My advice would be to wire your subs in paralell and use a mono sub amp. JBL makes a nice one as I said b4. You can find them pretty cheap on ebay too.

Sure I guess that would be the way to hookup into a 4-channel, but my question still remains... why?  For the price of a 4-channel you could get a nice 2 or 1 channel amp that would be much better for the subs.
