So package was supposed to be here today. Mail ran.no package. Uhgg. Definately will never order from them again.

I just ordered from them about a week ago, and my package came on time. Are you sure UPS or whoever they used for shipping didn't drop the ball and not them?

That's right, blame PBM and not the mail service.

I do blame pbm. It was a week before it was shipped. If it gets here today than shipping was 4 days. It took them 7 days to mail it. The post office will pick up for free with priority mail.


I have worked at several part suppliers jdm and not. At either if i took a order and it was in stock and waited a week to ship it ,i would have been fired. That is complete bs.

And thats rite eschassislove ride pbm's nuts. Ur comment is useless. Did you even read my post?

As i said i will never spend any money with pbm again.
Ive been ordering parts for this car for 7 months now. Spent over 14k in parts.and have never waited a week for a instock part to ship. Just bad buisness.

they just moved into a new location im sure things are hectic for them trying to get settled in and process orders. if you cant wait a week for a part you just need to go get some counseling or something.....

I waited 6 weeks for my circuit sports fan controller. They emailed me right away and specified that it would be said time before shipped.. pbm doesnt do this i guess. Im tired of everything being so expensive and crappy service now a days. Crap like this just bugs me. If they would of emailed me and explained i would have no problem. Im done with pbm and this thread. I've said enuff.

bought an evdm last friday..arrived as scheduled via UPS on tuesday. damm the service is slow! ahahah...(sarcasm).

Already did a review on a bunch of other stuff i've bought from them, but just got one of their adjustable shift knobs about a week or so ago and that thing is awesome! Probably one of the best aftermarket shift knobs i've owned. And i've owned A LOT because i'm really picky and OCD about them.

I live in the area so i just pick my stuff up, but the service is always top notch.
