are you using the mishimoto 2jz thermostat? mmts-sup-93tl?

Yea, I'm using the 2jz mishi thermostat.

And of course that is with the fans on. Why would anyone turn their fans off? Lol

I always have fans on. Don't even have a switch to turn them off. They are simply on a key on power source through a pair of 50amp Spal relays.

I'm also running a 200A alternator to keep up with them.

As far as I know they are both 16x1.5 at the pumps, but I couldn't tell you the length as I've done nothing but remove any KA's I've come into contact with lol

Just got my car running and my car is running lean, my fuel pressure is reading at 20PSI when idle and would not go pass 21PSI when I try to crank up the PSI. I try adding more voltage to my pump by tapping a power wire from my alternator to my pump and still get the same result. My car is not leaking fuel and all my parts are brand new. Do you guys know what would cause my fuel pressure not to build up?

Fuel setup
• FIC fuel rail
• Fuel line
o -8 sending braided fuel line
o -6 returning braided fuel line
• Fragola Performance Systems Inline Fuel Filter
• Bosch 2150cc injectors
• Walbro 450 LPH fuel pump
• Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator

Have you tried playing with the FPR? Try another gauge? Try another pump?

I'm suspect the pump, but its tough to say over the net.

Yes, I try using my younger brother 320LPH fuel pump and my fuel pressure went down to 10PSI. I also try using my brother FPR and still get the same result.

Also, do you have the correct rated fuel line from pump to sending unit for submersion?

Could be a leak inside the tank. I've seen that before.

Get out your volt meter and row thru the gears to see what it is...
