The ignition problem is that the isn't spark when I start the car. And the electrical problem is that when the key is in the off position the e-brake light is on and the seat belt light is still flashing at me. WTF?

I just took the engine out and rebuild it so it could be so many things so any help would be appreciated.

You sure you put all the grounds on tight ?? Did you pinch the harness at all ?? Check the harness and make sure that it's not pinched.

so do u think its a ground? The spark plug will not spark unless the engine is grounded rite?
