I'm good, I'm working on this one for $1350. Plus, there's a bunch more popping up on Trulia now. There's 1 in Saunders for $1250 but the agent wont reply to emails for shit. Another one popped up in Foxhill for $1350. Figured, worst case scenario, if none of these houses pan out, there are a few for $1500-1550 that I dont see going off the market anytime soon. I'll roll into those if these sub $1400 doesnt pan out.

With that said, 1 more fucking month and I'm outta here...

Yah, my issue now is getting the application completed. Part of the form is having my old rental place to fill in information about me being a good tenant, not missing payments, etc. Fuckers wont reply back to my emails and they still havent pulled payments out for the 2 garage that I'm still renting from them. My car and house hold goods are in those garages.

Here's how the coils ended up working out on my buddies s14, which I had to install since he's dumb.

Maxed out in the front, they ride real nice, makes me want to get some better coils now lol. He just needs some spacers.
Also, I hate how large these pictures show up, I feel obnoxious.
