The previous owner claimed that they were powder coated, but the paint doesn't seem perfect. Maybe it's just the fact that the wheels were dirty when I picked them up, but because of that, I would rather err on the safe side and not advertise that they're powder coated since I can't confirm that yet.

I pmed you, i want to know the lowest price shipped w/ out tires.

For shipping it is easy to cut that price is half. Box them yourself. Make an account on UPS.com print shipping labels from there and then ship them from a distrobution center. Cutting the "middle man" out like the UPS STORE saves a lot of money.

Get at me.
