Upon further investigation it seems that I need an "NA" ECU specific engine harness. That makes things more complicated.

I think chase bays makes a plug and play harness.

I have an engine harness off an S14 SR for sale for $100, all plugs intact.

I am trying to save a few hundred bucks. I am also running a scratch chassis harness and would hate to pay $400 for something and cut it up

Unfortunately not, you might be able to run my harness and get the correct plug from Wiring Specialties.
