Ok well new ones now are over $900 from KAAZ plus the new bearings we installed, plus the labor. If you calculate this how much do you think it will cost over $1G correct. So I am asking 1G for this item. Less than 500 miles on this LSD thats just the break-in period. Remember this is already installed in a HOUSING, its all ready to go.

i would suggest for you to keep it, put lots of miles on it, and then sell...

they WERE selling it for that price as part of their weekly sale which they severly discount an item and put it up at that price. you cannot use a sale as comparison for anything. thats like taking a black friday ad from one store and going to another a month later and trying to get a price match. to be honest i would not even do the $650.
there was one my buddy just sold here yesterday for 500 and it had 200 miles on it. has receipt of purchase too. i think it be best what eytsycs said, put alot miles on it and then sell it, cause people are gonna offer less and less.. ;/

i paid 600 shipped for a kaaz 2-way in a jdm vlsd housing. came with 5-bolt axles too

(vlsd diff cover is higher fluid capacity)
