rb25 issues

i have a rb25 series 2 inside my s14. My car is dodo on the low end, but is fast after 3000 rpm. Thought my timing was off, just did it today and it is spot on. If i set my timing to 15* my car runs like major dodo, car will go into boost fast, but dont go NOWHERE Oh if i take the safc out of circuit, the car will run like crap too.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Please Help me, i getting fustrated and about to send car into the ocean.

Do you have an air to fuel gauge? What is it reading?

My guess is that it's either very rich or very lean under 3k. Also, pull your plugs and let us know what they look like.
