PA s14 part out-built sr, tons of other parts

Well I no longer have time/patience/money to finish this build and would much rather put the money into my turbo M3. Located in Philadelphia, PA. Prefer not to ship but will at buyer's expense. Link to pictures at the bottom.

COMPLETE S13 SR swap. By complete I mean motor, trans, tuned ecu, rad, FMIC, piping.
-ACL bearings
-Tomei Headgasket
-ARP headstuds
-Don't remember the brand rocker stoppers
-Z32 MAF
-Precision T3 turbo with top mount manifold
-All brand new gaskets, feeds/returns, etc.
-550cc injectors
-Koyo radiator
-ECU Tuned for higher revs, no speed cut, 550cc injectors, z32 maf
The motor was rebuilt and assembled by Midnight Motorsports and has had about 5k miles on it since then.
As it sits it needs a new cas just like about any other sr.
Looking to get $3500 for all the above.

Exterior:
Couple zenki fenders, no dents. I think I have black and white, will have to check later - $70 a piece
Zenki hood - $150
Trunk w/o wing - $50
Kouki skirts (brand new, never mounted, no end caps) - $200
Se lip - $80
Origin(?) front bumper (unpainted) - $300
Set of Zenki headlights - $70
Passenger side door in white with the glass, no dents - $150
Stock rad - $30

Suspension:
Emusa Coils - $300
5-lug swap - $400

Interior:
Cloth rear seats in perfect condition - $50
Leather Se seats front and rear (driver seat is a bit beat up rest in great condition) - offer up
Bunch of door panels - $30 a piece
Carbon fiber center console bezel (it's pretty flimsy, but looks good) - $50
Pillar gauge pod thing for 2 gauges - $30

Shell:
Clean title, 1995, 100k+ miles, I'll check later if somebody cares enough.
Once swap is sold, shell is up for grabs. Comes with everything you see in the pictures...the skirts, rear bumper, vented hood, wheels, slotted rotors. It's on 350z struts and aftermarket springs, don't recall the brand. Comes with a car/trunk full of random parts...couplers, overflow tanks, windshield wiper tanks, wiper assembly, you name it. Spare harness, pretty sure it's for an Sr.
There's minimal rust on the body and no major dents either. All little chips etc. were filled in as it was getting ready for paint.
