Help Which color wire is the check engine light
hello Im trying to jerry rig my check egine light to my oil
but I have no idea what color the check engine light is or the Oil low light if anyone knows the color to the lights that would be great Ps I checked the Fsm and no luck

Ok this is a green light for any OBD duce it does
what its suppose to do get the job done except you might run in to problem with the diagnostic monitors not being ready (depends) but nissan does offer a drive pattern to clear these monitors like o2 sensor and evap So check engine lights no problem my friend dont be scared!

If you think you're going to pass smog on an obdII car by doing this you're way wrong. The smog shop must plug in to your obd port and scan for codes and monitors. If you have stored codes or 2+ monitors not complete then instant fail.

I'm sorry it worked just fine
For me and my car was not able to Pass before this experiment I'm not telling no one to do this But just letting people know who has Obd2 complications with smog

It *may* work depending on a ton of variables. You got lucky.
And for all you jackasses saying 'low oil level light', it's a low oil PRESSURE light. Not level.
