I took this during my lunch(I know crappy cellphone pic) its a crx with wanna-be skyline tail lights and with stupidl decal on the side.(btw thats the owner he hopped in the car as soon as i snapped the pic and he followed me for a couple blocks revving his engine as if he was rev matching.

soooo half million dollar collector muscle cars that people buy to sit there at meets and look good, are rice? Or the rat rods that have 100 year old suspension and a hundred horsepower engine are rice cause they aren't very functional as a modern day car and are built to "look good".

there's a difference between form>function style some people like, and aesthetic modifications to a car that an owner does in hopes to make their car look "faster" with vents, wings, and hood pins. Nice paint, low, and wide wheels doesn't make a car look fast, nor is that what the owner was going for.

JDM nut humpers are annoying and stupid, but they aren't ALWAYS rice. Just sometimes.
