s13 High Idle - SR20DET - PowerFC

Hey guys I'm having some crazy idle problems with my newly rebuilt S13 Redtop SR - So yesterday I re-stabbed the CAS (because it seemed to be off) and changed some VAC. Hoses as well as let the POWERFC (L-Jetro) sit for a Day with no Power to "reset" the idle Procedure.

So yesterday after setting the timing - I cranked it up and let the car idle for a full 30-35 mins and it sounded great. Vac previously was at 10-12 was now at 15-16 and I could rev it freely without it bucking, bogging, or stalling. My problem seems to be as i drive it when I come to a stop the Idle shoots up to 1500-1600 rpm and just holds - I also have a bit of a misfire as well that i can hear.

My AFR's are between 14.6-15.0 at idle sometimes a bit higher
Fuel Pressure was lowered to ~36psi with Vac

Im running Tomei 740cc Injectors, Z32 Mafs, GT2871r .64a/r, 256/256 Tomei Poncams, Aermotive FPR, FMIC, and Greddy RS Bov.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
