S13 tension rods with no bushing, sold to me as new, bushings look new, scratch in arm could be from mounting. Take as you may. Cannibalized the bushing for my SPC arms. Set of megans and your out for ~$90 total, why do it to your rusty old arms?

KA flywheel, 5-10k max, still has machining marks on friction surface from when it was produced

Im not rushing to the post office to make $5 or less because you don't wanna pay shipping. Both the uprights and the flywheel(underestimating on this one I'll bet) will most likily cost 20-25 to ship, quit with the lowball offers.
