Im still here.
Commute everyday in Los Angles.
Riding a 50/14 with a front brake.
Got left hooked awhile back and crumpled my forks, but i was ok. Was actually on my way to Orange20 to buy a new roadie helmet when it happened.

Also doing some of the local races and building a new Unknown bike with spare money.

Im still riding. Mostly at night through DC. Not much has been done to the bike since. Got wheels & Cinelli pista bars/stem going on here in about a week and may be getting a sugino messenger crank.

For the most part, im just having fun with some buddies riding.

Short answer is that any square taper BB will work that fits in your frame.

The size of bottom bracket carrier on your frame is the most important part.

Been putting in a ton of miles lately. Upgraded to an S3Cubic 49t Chainring, Sugino 75 cranks, FSA compact drops, 3t ARX stem, MKS pedals, All city straps, MKS deep toe clips and some other random stuff.

Ride in DC and the surrounding area.

not all square taper is the same, but yea from a high level, you can probably get anything and it would work.

So I got the "mapmyrun" app.

I go for a walk at lunch today. Nothing stannous as I don't want to be hot and sweaty getting back, but just something to stretch my legs and see the sun.

2 miles, leisure walk, app says I burned 370 calories.

I get home and change, whip out the poorly geared fixie, go out for a 25 minute ride, come back sweating, red faced and breathing hard. App says I burned 190 calories.
