it these wont clear z32 4pots will they clear s14/s15 brakes or gtr brembos?

It won't clear the GTR brembos. but it might clear the S14 stock calipers. I have no idea about the S15.

I also have the RB in 16x8 +10 offset. They are not like the ugly Konig rewinds. The RB look just like the old panasport wheels.

It will clear with spacer but then it will stick out and rub unless you get fender flares, roll/flare fenders.

Generally no one runs spacers on the 16x8 +10 because it fits flush already if you have the right tires. If you add a spacer because of the big brake calipers you have then I'd run the smallest possible that would clear. because even if you run 5mm spacer the offset of the wheel becomes +5 which makes it stick out more. And then it causes problem with rubbing and such.
