For sure thanks for checking it out. I think ima head back there in May because I need more seat time. In the meantime, I think I am going to do Thunderhill in March.... Its the same track that Tsuchiya raced with Spoon in the 25 hours race.....

Imo ThunderHill 5 mile is the better track. But, I still need to hit up Laguna Seca before those idiots close it down. RIP altamonte

You don't see very many S13's putting in this kind of work! Glad to see you putting it to use on the track!

Any more information on the setup and build other than, "240sx S13 with built SR20DET HKS Step 3 Cams 264/272 w/ GT2871R," ?

Enjoy it!

Thank you! Sure....

Chassis and Suspension -

Full SPL Arms except RLCA is Nismo S14s and Front are techno toy tuning +25mm non adjustable (I kind of don't like adjustable lower arms, just freaks me out)

PBM rear knuckles - DriftWorks Knuckles (I think both have +25/+40mm roll center adjustment....)

S14 Rear subframe with a HLSD 4.3 Final. Everything bolts right up with conversion bushings

Brake lines are all like Deftech or whatever you get. Fronts are 6 piston Wilwoods from Core4Motorsports I think 13.5" discs, rears are 2 piston 2004-2006 STI Brembos with Evo8 rotor hats. All 4 disc are floating GiroDiscs 2 Piece

Coilovers are Megan Racing Track with 10/8 swift springs and 5 kg swift help springs w/ torrington bearings all around. Meaning I can rotate the springs under load by hand, its amazing. 65% compression 35% droop is the setup I tune for with 4* camber front and 1.5* camber rear w/ 1/8" toe in rear. GKtech v3 camber caster top

Whiteline Sway bars all around on the softest setting (S14 front and S13 Rear)... I wish they made lighter ones

RPF1 18/10.5 and 18/9.5 with 275/35/18 all around, no tubbing.... Its just wide.

Bodywork is Garagemak Rears and KBD Front Fender SUPER Stretched hahaha its like +75mm most likely hahaha I just made cheap braces from HD. Front is a DRFT Front and Rear is stock.

Only Aero is Wing which is an old TCSportline wing, which is fiberglass from the 90s off an RX8 LOL..... I think they are APR uprights

Cooling is Nismo Thermostat - 19 Row Setrab oil cooler - Koyorad - cheap cooling panel - GKTech Fan - PBM Swirlpot - Heater core is retained

Fueling - ID1050x - Radium Fuel Rail w Damper and Pressure Regulator

Spark - Hitachi R35 Coils from RockAuto - just cut the rubbers and made some cheap bracket to fit and get rid of ignitor

S13/S14 Hybrid Valve Cover - Radium Catch Can - PCV and CrankCase breather piped into Turbo for vacuum.

Seibon CF hood

ECU LinkG4X w/ powertune dash

Engine sr20det 89.5 cp pistons with eagle rods acl bearings
Cd009 maxworx conversion aluminum driveshaft
Gktech shifter, Orc659 twindisk

Gt2871R .86 with Hks step 3 cams with reduce overlap, pump 100 gas, codyace manifold with mvs38mm ext wastegate. Velocity Element intake manifold. Dual valve guide modification

Its like 370whp/320ft lb on a calibrated dynopak used for scca or whatever

ISR GT2 high mount exhaust with resonator

Interior are chassis mounted Sparco Evo and Speed, w 6 point harness.

First off great video. I was hoping to find 240sx video at laguna for visual prep. As I'm planning to going to R day event at end of may. There aren't many of us that track out s chassis out here so it was refreshing to see. And also just excited me more to go. I still have body work to do and out my dash back in. But it'll get done. Mine is vh45 swapped. And might run 4.3 rear end if I don't get my 3.54 in there. It'll be my first track day with he V8 and first track day since I wanna say 2016-17.

Anyways awesome video. My friend was trying to say you can't have mounted camera in the car only helmet. But apparently that's incorrect lol.

Secondly. I haven't seen or heard Luke's name since I use to go to Sonoma drift back in 2012-13. 😂

Shameless plug for NissanRoadRacing.com -- no one really posts any more, but a pretty great repository of information for people wanting to build not-drift S-chassis.

I am thinking of heading to Laguna again soon. Just weather has been so shit. Like rains and stops and rains.... but might do another one in may.... Laguna just make sure your brakes and aero is good. My front lifts at 110 on the front straight and you easily hit 130 into turn 1 so yeah.... make sure its good. Vh45 is so heavy too.

I am thinking about Rs day too... would be fu. To head out

Last I saw he bought an MR2 and was in the Northwest in the Seattle area.

I haven't seen him at any track days, though, so I'm sure like most of the 90s stuff it's a little too rare/nice to want to risk on track.
