NY 1995 300zx 2+0 5spd

Sup zilvia, i just picked up a 240, so the time has come for me to part ways with my 95 300zx. No it's not turbo. With that out of the way, here are some details:
-138k
-5spd manual
-no rust
-Ultra Red exterior, gray tweed interior

A little history behind the car:
Originally my gf bought the car for herself from a guy in CT. The car was in good shape except for the drivers side door/front fender having some dents in it from someone backing up into it. No damage to the frame whatsoever. She works at a body shop, so she had it professionally repaired. She drove it to work maybe 3 times and decided that a manual car with a rather stiff clutch wasn't for her (morning/evening traffic is bad here). The car sat for a few months and i decided to buy it from her seeing as she never uses it. I put the 370z wheels on it and thats how it sits now. I daily drive it now, but i just picked up a 240, so this has to go. Come check it out, you wont be disappointed!

Things to note GOOD:
-370z wheels with Yokohama Advan tires ( 95% thread on them)
- HKS exhaust
- Injen intake
- mp3 player/amp/subwoofer
- aftermarket alarm
- runs really good
The not so good:
- the driverside window switch for the passenger side doesnt work
- aftermarket clutch chatters a little when cold, goes away after the car warms up
- slow power steering leak (very slow, but a leak none the less)
- paint is in overall very good shape, but not perfect (mirrors are a little faded etc, not very noticeable)
- the wheels rub slightly on really fast turns, i might roll the fenders a little to get rid of this problem
- the usual rip on the drivers side seat

There's probably some stuff i'm forgetting, i will add stuff as i remember.
That said i'm looking for 6k. I will consider a trade but must be stock and clean (suitable for my girlfriend to drive, as her daily driver is starting to give her problems, she's ok with a manual transmission as long as it's not some "racing clutch" setup hah).
