So, do you have holes going straight from the manifold runners to atmosphere? If so the cylinders will be pulling in un-metered air straight into the intake runners, causing high idle and a lean air-fuel mix.
do you mean the holes gong thru every intake runner...

or the holes on the bottom of the runners? and if the butterflies are removed are the hoses needed as pictured?

Can't that track the coil? Also I know you're suppose to pull the fuse for the fuel pump but what about the fuel that's already at the rail?

If you dont want air going in between the runners (which would cause turbulence, bad thing) you would need to weld every one of those holes

The hoses connect to your PCV and are still needed.

Thats horrible!
Dude its under the kick panel on the passengers side under the glove box.
If you cant figure it out from there for yourself then you dont need to be working on a car.

91 coupe 5sp swap kad, supposedly 85k on swapped motor/trans from a 95. Idles high usually after its warm. Goes up to 1800 almost 2 rpms and drops to 1k-ish for sec then to normal? Also when accelerating past 4k rpms a bit of white smoke comes out the back. Anything would be appreciated.

You have to remove the oil pressure switch next to the oil filter and install an oil pressure gauge there to read the pressure. Refer to your car's year FSM for the specifics.

From what I've seen in the past if a battery as anything about 10 and maybe lower I can remember exact numbers something will work brake lights or something but around 11 it can start having trouble starting a car. If you have 12 something should be working.

'98 S14, KYB AGX struts/ Eibach Pro-kit springs (1.4" drop). Rolled fenders, 255 tires, and those arent rubbing at all.

Like, can the dif covers be swapped without removing anything else? Is there a gasket, or do I just use form-a-gasket? And whats the easiest way to fill it back up?

Anyone? ...

I have an SR swap in my car (96 Zenki), old owner disconnected the sensor because he said it was reading double mph due to the fact that the speed sensor was for a kph speedometer. I was told I could swap over any 95-98 speed sensor from a KA with minimal modifications, is this true?

More like No modifications. Youre speedo reads double because you have an S13 motor with the original speed sensor. S13's have the same speed sensor whether its a KA or SR. Same with S14's. It has nothing to do with kph, it has to do with what chassis that sensor is for. The speed sensor needs to match the chassis, not the motor. So for your S14, any s14 speed sensor will fix your issue.

Another option is to purchase a pump from an auto parts store. Then you don't have to take the diff out every time you change the fluid.

anyone know if these wheels:
03 Deep Dish Machined/Anthracite Nitto Staggered Wheel and Tire Package

will fit over brembo calipers?

my 350z coupe wheels fit over them but the spoke design is a lot different. thats what i'm worried about the most is that the spokes will clear.

thanks
