OK PART TWO OF MY RANDOM ASS QUESTION
Does anyone know of a NEW style Nissan badge that is the same size or very close to the Nissan badge used on s13 front bumper? |

I've been looking at this too, I'm thinking the steering wheel badge from an Altima or something is the best fit, haven't found a part number or any separated from the airbag yet though.

I just got rid of some old fuel in my s13 that I believe was causing a misfire. I am about to put some fresh shell v-power in - should I add anything with the new fuel to help clean the system a bit? Like some octane booster or seafoam or anything like that? I figure since the tank is totally empty, now would be the time for that. Any suggestions? And should I put anything in BEFORE the fuel, or mix it in?

Bottled fuel system cleaners just don't do much. If fresh gas and a fresh fuel filter don't solve your problem you might be better off having your injectors bench cleaned and tested or just replacing them. Assuming you've ruled out anything electronic or vacuum related as the cause of your misfire.

Recently some screws fell out from under my glove box in my S13 and now I get this noise, like a flapper/flap that clinks/tinks when I close the door. TINK, Tink, tink.. every time I close the door. I know my old 240 had the same issue, but I never looked into it. I'm sure someone knows what it is. Maybe you can save me time from trying to figure out what/where it's coming from?

does anyone know of a gurney flap that's meant to fit the type x/car modify wonder twin blade wing?
would love to see something similar to the R32 gtr gurney flap but that wing isn't as curved as the type x style. |

I know I've seen one somewhere, I'll see if I can track it down. Some googling pulled up a JPfiberglass version which I would not recommend but that implies there's a real one out there lol

Does anyone know of any quality replica s13 silvia side skirts? Prefer the look of these over the chuki skirts. Searching the web and can't really find any. Also curious what the part number is.

I have seen dorkidori's stuff. I can't tell for sure, but I'm assuming his s13 V1 sideskirts for coupe are designed to be the same, which have been out of stock for quite some time as far as I can tell.
Haven't heard of kmak but I sent them an email asking about shipping cost. Do they have a good reputation as far as fitment and quality goes? On par with dorkidori?

the V1 skirts ARE OE S13 silvia skirts... they have been off my site cause the molds are shot. i am currently working to have them remade in ABS/PPE plastic. working with a new manufacturer for plastic items and going to be giving the go ahead for him to start molding the skirts this week. watch my IG for news and announcements on this project |

Alright, i'll give this a try... i fucked up, royalty and it's about the idle sprocket threads and when i re tapped the threads. I put back the bolt into the cylinder threads to torque. But my dum ass poke a hole into the coolant port. My plan was to used a headless screw hexagon bolt to plug the hole and used a self insert thread to help the bolt torque to the lowest recommended torque. Any suggestion?

What is the part number for the DRIVER SIDE front fender marker socket?? All I can find online is 26250-70F00, which is the passenger side. Driver side has 2 notches and passenger side has 3 notches. No idea why they're different but they are. pls hlp

For US spec '92 side markers the parts diagram is kind of confusing
The *drawing* implies that the right hand side is 26250-40F00 (not -70F00, that's an S14/kouki 180SX part) and the left hand side is 26255-40F00 which is a little pigtail instead of just being a socket. However the text implies that 26250-40F00 was used for both sides until 12/1991 (mid 1992 model year!) and then switched to 26255-40F00 for both sides 1/1992-end of US spec S13 production. That said I recently removed my passenger side sidemarker from my late production 1993 and it had the pigtail (26255-40F00). |

s13 with a KA24DE with an IACV from an S14. it's all plugged in, cleaned out, the gasket is new. but adjusting the iACV has 0 effect on idle. and on cold starts, it acts like it has no IACV (rpm doesn't stay high until the engine warms up). wondering why that might be.
when the car is hot and i'm coasting in neutral to a stop, sometimes my idle bounces up and down. this doesn't happen when the car isn't moving. pressing the brake doesn't change anything (idk, maybe the brake booster was pulling vacuum and i had a leak somewhere else). car idles normally in all other situations. also wondering what might be happening here MAF connection is good, intake manifold is clean of all carbon, PCV valve is hooked up, no ECU codes.
